Personal License
Udecode grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive license to use Plate Plus.
This license permits one individual (the Licensee) to access and use Plate Plus.
For private projects:
- Each developer who needs to view or use the Plate Plus code requires a license.
- You'll need to purchase a license for each developer having access to the Plate Plus code in your project.
For open source projects:
- You may use Plate Plus in open source projects subject to the Open Source Project conditions below.
You can:
- Create unlimited End Products using Plate Plus.
- Modify Plate Plus to create derivative works, which remain subject to this license.
- Use Plate Plus to create unlimited End Products for unlimited Clients.
- Create End Products for sale to End Users.
- Use Plate Plus in open-source End Products that are freely available to End Users, subject to the Open Source Project conditions below.
You cannot:
- Create End Products that allow End Users to build their own products using Plate Plus or its derivatives.
- Redistribute Plate Plus or its derivatives separately from an End Product.
- Share your access to Plate Plus with others.
- Use Plate Plus to create products that compete with Plate Plus or Udecode's business, as determined by Udecode.
Team License
Udecode grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive license to use Plate Plus.
This license allows up to 5 Employees and Contractors of the Licensee to access and use Plate Plus.
For private projects:
- Each developer who needs to view or use the Plate Plus code requires a license.
- The Team License covers up to 5 developers having access to the Plate Plus code in your projects.
For open source projects:
- You may use Plate Plus in open source projects subject to the Open Source Project conditions below.
You can:
- Create unlimited End Products using Plate Plus.
- Modify Plate Plus to create derivative works, which remain subject to this license.
- Use Plate Plus to create unlimited End Products for unlimited Clients.
- Create End Products for sale to End Users.
- Use Plate Plus in open-source End Products that are freely available to End Users, subject to the Open Source Project conditions below.
You cannot:
- Create End Products that allow End Users to build their own products using Plate Plus or its derivatives.
- Redistribute Plate Plus or its derivatives separately from an End Product.
- Create End Products that are not the property of the Licensee or the Licensee's Clients.
- Grant access to individuals who are not Employees or Contractors of the Licensee.
- Use Plate Plus to create products that compete with Plate Plus or Udecode's business, as determined by Udecode.
Open Source Projects
You may use Plate Plus in open source projects under the following conditions:
- The project must be an actual website or application.
- It cannot be a derivative component library, theme builder, or similar product.
- The primary purpose should not be to repackage or redistribute Plate Plus components.
- Each project "Maintainer" who needs access to the Plate Plus code requires a license.
- Contributors who only interact with the compiled version of your project don't need individual licenses.
Multiple Licenses
- Any plan (Personal or Team) can be purchased multiple times to accommodate larger teams or projects.
- For private projects with more than 5 developers, purchase multiple Team Licenses or contact us for custom licensing options.
- For open source projects with multiple maintainers, purchase the appropriate number of licenses to cover all Maintainers who need access to the Plate Plus code.
Definitions
- Licensee: The individual (Personal License) or business entity (Team License) who purchased the license.
- Plate Plus: The product including all source code, components, templates, and design assets provided.
- End Product: Any artifact produced that incorporates Plate Plus or its derivatives.
- End User: A user of an End Product.
- Employee: A full-time or part-time employee of the Licensee.
- Contractor: An individual or entity contracted to perform services for the Licensee.
- Client: An individual or entity receiving custom professional services directly from the Licensee.
- Maintainer: An individual with direct access to and responsibility for the Plate Plus code within an open source project.
Enforcement
Violation of this license may result in termination of your Plate Plus account. Intentional redistribution of Plate Plus will not be eligible for a refund.
Udecode owns the copyright to Plate Plus. This license grants only the permissions described herein; all other rights are reserved.
Liability
Udecode's liability for costs, damages, or losses arising from your use of Plate Plus is strictly limited. Udecode does not offer refunds except in cases where the End Product has not been delivered as specified. Udecode is not liable for any consequential damages related to your use of Plate Plus.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Belgium. Legal proceedings related to this Agreement may only be brought in the courts of Brussels, Belgium. You agree to service of process at the email address on your original order.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
